1 General Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services and products of the kx8 platform. "kx8", "we", "our" and "platform" refer to kx8's online gaming and betting services. "Member", "user" or "you" refers to any registered individual.

By creating an account at kx8, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and kx8.

1.1 Definitions

• "Account" — A personal account for each registered member, used to access the platform's services.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds held in the account, which may include bonus funds.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional funds or rewards granted by kx8 under specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — A stake of a specific amount placed on the outcome of a game or match.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account at kx8, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are opening the account in your own name and for yourself — not on behalf of anyone else.
• Each individual may hold only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• If any information changes, you must notify the kx8 support team immediately.

2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a safe environment, kx8 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete. Typically, a photo of a national ID card, birth registration certificate or passport may be requested.

2.2 Underage Users

If any person under the age of 21 creates an account using false information, that account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Usage Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Never share your login details with anyone else.

• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify support immediately.
• Any bet or transaction made from your account will be treated as your own.
• Allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Keep a valid mobile number and email linked to your account so that OTPs and important messages can reach you.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at kx8 are processed through popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposits

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (the same for each method).
• Once a deposit is completed, it will be added to your account balance.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Your account must have sufficient balance at the time of making a withdrawal request.
• To withdraw from a bonus balance, the associated wagering requirement must be met.

4.3 Transaction Verification

kx8 reserves the right to carry out additional verification on suspicious transactions. In such cases, withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold. Deposits made through fraudulent or unauthorised methods will be cancelled.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonus offers at kx8 are subject to specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: on a ৳1,000 deposit you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

5.2 General Rules for Bonus Use

• Bonuses may only be used in designated games or betting sections — details are stated in the terms of each offer.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless the relevant offer states otherwise.
• If an attempt is made to misuse a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• kx8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Cashback on weekly net losses applies at each tier: Bronze up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.2%. Cashback is calculated after subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. Changes to VIP terms will be communicated with advance notice.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

When participating in sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots and other gaming sections at kx8, the following rules must be observed.

• Once a bet has been submitted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• kx8 reserves the right to review the result of any game affected by a technical error.
• Bets placed at odds that are clearly incorrect may be cancelled.
• In live betting, if a bet is submitted late and the event has already concluded, that bet will be considered void.
• If a dispute arises over the result of any game, kx8's decision will be considered final.

6.1 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit may apply to certain games or betting sections. This limit will be stated in the relevant game description. kx8 reserves the right to adjust the maximum win limit in special circumstances.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kx8 platform:

• Operating more than one account or opening an account in someone else's name.
• Following strategic betting patterns to circumvent bonus terms (bonus abuse).
• Deliberately exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform's software.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal financial transactions through the account.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate bets.
• Harassing any member of the platform's staff or other members.
• Using automated bots or third-party software to place bets or play games.

Breaching these rules will result in immediate account closure and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by kx8

kx8 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of terms, suspicious activity or security concerns. The account balance may be frozen during an investigation.

8.2 Closure at the Member's Own Request

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, contact the support team via live chat or email. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your valid balance (excluding bonuses) before the account is closed.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Limits

9 Limitation of Liability

Services provided through the kx8 platform are offered on an "as is" basis. kx8 will not be liable for compensation in the following situations:

• If a game or betting session is interrupted due to an internet disconnection or a problem with the member's device.
• Any technical error caused by a third party (mobile banking services, game providers).
• If the member discloses their login details to someone else or neglects the security of their account.
• If the service is disrupted due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

However, any loss caused directly by kx8's own error will be resolved.

10 Changes to Terms

kx8 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via a notification in their account or by email. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered as acceptance of the new terms. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any matter, please first contact the kx8 support team via live chat or email. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.
